Sergio Peña was born and raised in San Diego by a devoted single mother who gave her all to provide for him and his older brother. He grew up in the community of San Ysidro, just five minutes from the border of San Ysidro and Tijuana, Mexico. Coming from a financially challenged background shaped his character and work ethic. Without the luxuries many of his peers enjoyed, Sergio learned to work harder and smarter to achieve his goals. He credits his mother, whose unwavering support and sacrifice allowed both her sons to live their lives to the fullest.
Sergio was first introduced to real estate in 2002 while working for a major corporation that managed mortgage files for large financial institutions. His curiosity led him to study real estate documents and disclosures, sparking a deep interest in the industry.
Now, 23 years later, and with 21 years as a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of California, Sergio has successfully helped over 200 clients buy or sell real estate.
His accomplishments have been made possible by the individuals who supported his vision and provided the mentorship and guidance necessary to achieve his goals. Sergio firmly believes that partnering with the right people can make all the difference in turning dreams into reality.
